The theory of social imagination is that personal problems are caused by larger problems in society and the history of those problems. In relation to divorce, this could refer to lack of commitment in society as whole or other sociological issues.
The correlation between unemployment and divorce is the ending of a job and the ending of marriage. However, that being said unemployment versus divorce is a poor example as a divorce hurts more than being unemployed.
As of 2010 there were 33,739,900 people and in 2010 - 2011, 2.46 per 1,000 divorces. The statistics prove that divorce is lowering.
The sociological imagination refers to personal issues becoming public and social problems. For example one person being unemployed is devastating for the individual but 1000 people being unemployed causes areas of poverty and deprivation, which can then lead to an increase in crime, a rise in people claiming benefits etc etc. If you think of it like when a pebble is thrown in a pond the ripples expand further and further outwards. Durkhiem proved that sociology was a valuable subject by using the most personal act an individual can experience, ie. suicide and using social problems to explain the reasons for it. One study he used was to survey the rate of suicide in different countries such as Spain, France and Italy etc. He found that the rate of suicide in each country stayed near enough the same over each decade whereas the rates of suicide in each country where extremely different. He used religion to explain one reason for this for example in Italy where the dominant faith is catholic and suicide is considered to be a sin suicide is not a common factor. Whereas in countries where there is a predominantly protestant faith suicide is more common. Sorry if this is not that clear, I have just been given an essay on the same thing and im finding it hard to relate it myself. This is what i have found on the subject up to now and these ideas can easily be found on the internet if you want to research them properly.
The divorce rate in the US (2000) is 0.41. Several researches have been made, correlating profession with divorce rate, but after checking also with the US Census, none surveyed all professions and their divorce rates. There are several professions that have been surveyed, see more in here http://www.divorcereform.org/cor.html
The divorce rate in the Philippines is relatively low compared to other countries, as divorce was only legalized in 2019. However, the rate is expected to increase over time as more couples seek legal separation. Additionally, cultural and religious beliefs still play a significant role in shaping attitudes towards divorce in the country.
Sociological reasons for divorce include changing gender roles, economic factors, cultural norms, and lack of social support. These factors can contribute to marital dissatisfaction and breakdown of relationships.
Divorce is considered a major social injustice in the US. There were three major theories behind it, factionalism, interactionism and conflict theories
Sociologists gather information on why people get divorced through various methods such as surveys, interviews, case studies, and analysis of existing data. They may also use quantitative research methods to identify patterns and trends related to divorce rates and reasons. Additionally, sociologists may conduct observational research to better understand the social dynamics that contribute to divorce.

You haven't included enough detail such as whether you have any interest in the property- who owns it? You need to consult with the attorney who represented you in the divorce who can review the situation and answer your question. You haven't included enough detail such as whether you have any interest in the property- who owns it? That depends on how they see what the relationship has been like, and are you leaving for a different love interest. The fact that you waited until they were grown shows that you put their interest first.
