i live in co clare on the west coast of Ireland, and out by the light house on the tip of Clare there is a pub that is the "closest pub to New York" as it says on the sign outside!! but looking at a map there are parts of the west coast that seem to stick out more than Clare so I'm sure someone will correct me on this!
