The biggest female to male ratio in the world is in Croatia. They have 4.3:1 (around four females to one male). But the question makes much more sense if you specify the age. For example the Croatian ratio of 4.3:1 decreases to 1.9:1 in the age bucket from 20 to 30 years old and increases to 6.5:1 in the age bucket from 60 to 70 years old. It is obvious that females live longer than males in this country.

I think you might be interested in knowing the highest female to male ratio within the age bucket from 20-40, and in that case you would find the highest ratio in Sweden with a sweet 2.3:1 ratio.
