Social rules are the type of rule of behaviour, that are considered acceptable in a group or a society. It is also known as the rules which we have to follow in order to maintain our discipline and personality in our community or society.

If a person doesn't follow the social rules then his/her's life is going to be extremely difficult. Therefor we must follow social rules.
