Do you mean worldwide or in a particular country?
As of 2020, Black or African American people make up approximately 13% of the population in the United States.
According to demographic data, countries with the lowest percentage of black people in their population typically include countries in East Asia such as Japan and South Korea. These countries have a relatively homogenous population with a small percentage of black residents compared to other ethnic groups.
I doubt that there's been any recent studies, so there's no way to know this. Do a survey at your school.
Most people of African descent have brown eyes. Only a very small percentage might have blue eyes.
