Natural Sciences include the study of astronomy, Biology, chemistry, Earth Sciences and physics as well as areas of overlap.

Briefly, social sciences are the study of humans and their interactions, and natural sciences are the study of the universe and how it works.

social science is the study of society and social behavior. And natural science is a science or knowledge of objects or processes observable in nature, as biology or physics, as distinguished from the abstract or theoretical sciences, as mathematics or philosophy.

Therefore, Social science is the study of what we do and why we do it, and natural science is the study of how we work and why we work that way. so i conclude that social science leans more toward the mental side of things, and natural science is completely physical.

Psychology IS a social science, or, as some of these " sciences " fancy themselves, a behavioral science. Psychology is too incoherent and devoid of scientific methodology to be a natural science.
