Soc is nothing but integration of all blocks that r defined for particular functionality i.e,the blocks may be anlog blocks,digital blocks and these blocks are internally connected via system bus.

AISC is also designed for particular specific application that itegrates all the blocks that are used to perform a particular task.

finally i can conclude that there is no much difference between understanding of how the modules are integrated is same but asic chip is also one block of System on chip.
