Learned behavior could be putting a bowl of food outside on the porch, and repeatedly doing that. Eventually, it will return in search of the food on the porch. Learned behavior is something out of its norm.

Well, there are more than one learned behaviors for a racoon. One of them is to defend themselves from danger, never trust animals such as us human because people are usually hunting more often. They have learned to catch food (prey), almost every wild animal learns how to catch their own prey and so does the raccoon. There are more learned behaviors for this animal, mostly how to defend the selves, and catch prey. Hope this helps.
