What percentage of Americans know how to waltz?

The closest I could find (granted, it's probably not very helpful) was this reference on Wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Waltz) where it said "Country Western Waltz" is 99% progressive. I don't even know what that means really, but hopefully it'll help a little?
