(in the US) Because the Caucasian race is the numerically largest racial group in the country it is quite likely that Caucasians have the largest NUMERICAL gang presence.
HOWEVER - expressed as a percentage of their representation in the US population as a whole, the other racial/ethnic gangs (Asian/Hispanic/Black) would have to be looked at to see which numbers are higher.
