This is not a fair question. Not all white Americans hate African Americans, nor vice versa. The racial overtone in this question is grossly overstating a problem that affects a rather small portion of the entire US population. As for those individuals who actually do, you'd have to take that on a case-by-case basis.
Most people, especially those who do NOT live in the US really need to stop believing the media propaganda -- and understand that the so-called "racial problems in the US" are LARGELY EXAGGERATED and are often simply fabricated.
