Yes, Illinois has a flag. In fact, every state in the union has a flag.
In 1915 the Daughters of the American Revolution were instrumental in organizing a competition for the design of the state flag. Some of their members designed the winning flag bearing the state seal. The seal consists of an eagle standing on a rock with a red ribbon bearing the state motto in its mouth. A shield bearing the Stars and Stripes leans on the rock and a laurel wreath.

well the main reason you can't find the years on a Illinos's Flag is because there is no such word as Illinos's. Unless you mean Illinois Flag. And if you do mean Illinois then it's 1868 and 1818
