New Orleans all day long. Some people are mentioning Chicago for example with under 20 parades. Y'all forgot about the biggest party city in the USA? Yes New Orleans with about of 70 major parades during Mardi Gras alone. Too many more to mention and let's not forget we can buy alcohol in a store or bar 24 hours a day, 365 a year and drink openly in public. Parades or more fun without rules governing alcohol, just my opinion, but then what do I know.
