That's an opinion question and no one has seen them all, also depends on in what way, crime, economy, general lifestyle etc. I can answer about CA and in general-I don't like urban areas that are too urban so hate LA but some love it, places up North like Modesto, Fresno are not bad to live in but forget about getting a job. If you mean crime, Compton, Watts, Gardena, South Central, Santa Ana are bad. In the US New Jersey (IMO) sucks the whole state is a factory. I heard Detroit is practically like what you see on the Road Warrior.
