Chattanooga is in a tornado-prone region so it stands a good chance of being hit eventually. However it is impossible to predict when the next tornado will hit a specific location, whether it will be in a week or in 100 years.

There is a chance Shelby will be hit eventually as Mississippi is a tornado prone state. However there is no way of predicting when the next one will strike. As of January 10, 2013 there is no notable threat of tornadoes in the next few days, so it is extremely unlikely that Shelby will be hit so soon. Even if there were a significant threat, it would be impossible to predict whether a tornado would hit a particular location.

It's entirely possible. Tornadoes have occurred in Baltimore before. But it is impossible to say if there will be one at any particular time or if one will hit the city any time soon.

If you mean Memphis, Tennessee then yes. The entire state is prone to tornadoes.

It will probably happen eventually, as Sacramento has had tornadoes before. However there is no way of knowing when the next one will be.

Oklahoma City has been hit by many tornadoes in the past, so it is inevitable that it will happen again. But there is no way of knowing when.
