Average waist size for a 13 year old girl?

personally, I’m 13 and have a 24-26 inch waist depending on how bloated I am however i’ve been trying to find the answer to this all day and It’s saying about 30 inches but that doesn’t seem right.

so really, i think 23-30 is ok

30.3". If you are looking for this in a measure of health this is not the way to go. An average person in overweight and is not healthy. But if your waist is under 22 inches it looks anorexic like. So aim for 22-27 inches around. But 27 inch waist does not look small and it is more of a medium sized waist but depending on your bust and hips it may look smaller/ larger. e.g, If I had a 40 inch bust and 40 inch hips it would look smaller than if I had 30 inch bust and 30 inch hips. You can also ask your doctor. It depends on what you want as well, if you want something extra small go for 22-25 inches, something achievable is 26-27 inches.
