When science labs or "experiments" are performed the measured data must be presented in a way that is easy to understand so one or more "Tables" are used. First they must numbered (Table 1, Table 2, etc) and given a name. The simplest title would be "Results" for a simple lab exercise. Make sure you state units such as grams, meters, or cm/sec in the table so the reader can understand see your results.

In your discussion, you can make specific reference to each table. By the way, each table must be discussed or it is irrelevant information.
