If the question is asking if a continuous distribution can be converted to a discrete distribution, the answer is yes. Your age has a continuous distribution but in most cases, the information is recorded and analysed as if it were the whole number of years - a discrete distribution.
Well, that's not much of a question. Perhaps you are asking: What is the frequency interpretation of probability? This is called the classical interpretation of probability. Given n independent and identical trials with m occurrences of of a particular outcome, then the probability of this outcome, is equal to the limit of m/n as n goes to infinity. If you are asking: How can probabilities be estimated given data, based on frequency approach? A table is constructed, with intervals, and the number of events in each interval is calculated. The number of events divided by the total number of data is the relative frequency and an estimate of probability for the particular interval.
in my opinion, 5% of the world are teachers bcoz 5 is my lucky number and it helps me all the time. Abid Shah

.... a public opinion poll.
There is nothing wrong in asking that question.
Infinity is not a number. It is the idea that for every number that exists, there exists a number greater than that. Therefore, asking the question "What number comes after infinity" is like asking "Where is the corner of the Earth". Since the Earth has no corners, the question is meaningless, as is yours.
That depends on what the question is. A percent is just a number. You're asking "How do you solve a number?"
sorry your question is not clear what you are asking, try rewording it.
You are asking a question that can't be answered with the information given.
same question i am asking i hope some one will see this question and improve this answer by putting in the divisors of that number
It might have several reason, may be the question isnt clear enough - revisit it and see Are you asking something which is requiring someone opinion - if it is then many will not prefer to offer an opinion
To evaluate means to assess or judge the value, importance, or quality of something based on specific criteria or standards. It involves carefully examining and analyzing information to form an informed opinion or decision.
If I think your asking the question how I think your asking it, then any number 5 and above you round up. If its below 5 you round down. :-)
Two examples are asking what a celebrity's house address is, and what their personal telephone number is.
