It depends on a couple of factors
1) how far over 200 lbs ?
2) weight distribution i.e., over 200 lbs @5'3" or over 200 @3'5"
3) and the final factor large breast and a big ol' booty , due to hormone injections to a majority of the foods Americans have been eating over the last 20 plus years , a side affect is women have been becoming better endowed ( breast tissue makes up for a majority of womens fat ratio)
So i say 200lbs is not a stretch to get pregnant but not the easist either just let it happen naturally

20,000 pounds.
To convert pounds to stones, divide the weight in pounds by 14, since there are 14 pounds in a stone. For 142 pounds, this calculation is 142 ÷ 14, which equals 10.14 stones. Therefore, 142 pounds is approximately 10 stones and 2 pounds.
