Inferential statistics is not required in a census because a census aims to collect data from every individual in a population, leaving no room for sampling error or uncertainty. The goal of a census is to provide an accurate count or measurement of a specific characteristic within a population, making the need for statistical inference unnecessary. In contrast, inferential statistics is used when data is collected from a sample of a population, and the goal is to make predictions or inferences about the larger population based on that sample.
The Canadian Census occurs every five years. They collect information pertaining to household demographics and statistical date. It is used to plan public services such as health care and education. Specific information collected includes but is not limited to household size, race, and educational background.

once every other 3 months, and then twice every 7 months...
Quarterly (in other words 12 months divided by 4)
In general, the plan will last about three months. However, you can expect to drop at least two pounds of fat every week.
Every three months is called a quarter. And there are four quarters in a year.
