Why your penis tip causes burning sensation on urinating after eating spicy food?
The penis is extremely well innervated and sensitive to both mechanical (touch) and chemical stimuli. If you eat a lot of very spicy food, the capsaicin (the chemical that causes chiles to be spicy) is not completely metabolized and broken down and like other waste products is excreted both through the feces and the urine. This leftover capsaicin irritates the urethral meatus (the hole of the penis) and causes a short term transient burning sensation which should clear within a few minutes of finishing urination. Unfortunately not much can be done about it other than cutting down on foods containing capsaicin (spicy chiles). However if the burning persists or occurs even when you haven't consumed spicy food, or if there is a discharge then its likely an infection or STD of some sort and you should consult your physician.

You need to first work out the cause. Some common ones are: irritation in the form of diarrhea, rough toilet paper, etc. Or by straining on the toilet or when lifting, etc. When standing or sitting for too long restricting blood flow and putting pressure on the veins within your bowel, ie. hemorrhoids.
First, if they are external, wrap ice once in thin underwear and place directly on the hemorrhoid. Lie down on your side. Ten minutes will bring it down in size. Lots of water and more fiber is a good idea - water molecules and fiber molecules bond together to allow the poo to pass more easily. You can also refer to this book for more information: Don't Panic They're Just Hemorrhoids.
Wipe with soft toilet paper as well, and add some aloe and witch hazel. These small changes will help you rid yourself of hemorrhoid problems in the future.
How can chronic constipation hurt the colon?
The waste stuck in the colon might cause iritation and poisoning because of the toxins in your feces. It may also result to bleeding of the anal sphincter and the colon because the feces is so big and hard and results to over exertion of the muscles causing the rough surface of the feces to collide with sensitive tissues hence scratching them or wounding them. THis may lead to infection and will require minor surgery to be removed. When nature calls i suggest you answer it.
Is coffee really decaffinated by chemicals?
From: http://pol.spurious.biz/dev_zero/caffeine.html
Two basic decaffeination processes are used in the U.S.: water extraction and direct solvent extraction. In the water extraction process, the coffee beans are steamed and then soaked and rinsed, allowing the caffeine to diffuse from the beans into the water, using no artificial chemicals. In the direct solvent extraction process, decaffeination is accomplished by direct application of methylene chloride, ethyl acetate or carbon dioxide to the coffee beans. The beans are then steamed to remove the residual solvent, then dried and roasted. Methylene chloride received a great deal of attention when it was found to be an animal carcinogen when given by inhalation. Yet, the administration of methylene chloride to mice in drinking water (which more closely resembles human exposure through coffee drinking) resulted in no adverse health effects. The FDA continues to permit the use of methylene chloride to decaffeinate coffee because it has determined that any potential health risk is so low "as to be essentially non-existent" (FDA, 1985).
Is a barium enema examination painful?
It can be both painful and uncomfortable. Normally the prep the day before which causes diarrhea leaves you both irritated rectally and worn out physically. The nozzle that is inserted into your rectum is slightly smaller then a quarter in diameter. Even with a trained xray tech, the insertion hurts as your anus is forced to expand to get the nozzle about four or so inches inside of you. The doctors always tell you it is no big deal, until the nozzle is inserted. Then its "well yes, this is not a very pleasant exam."
Then a balloon that is rapped around the nozzle is expanded, making the pain even worse. The balloon is designed to keep the barium from leaking out as it is forced into your colon, using a a bag that is hung off of an IV stand about three feet above the table you are laying on. Liquid barium, unless it is an air contrast BE, can be up to 2500 ml, almost 3 quarts, which can cause a substantial amount of pressure. If an air contrast, less fluid is used but the air being pumped in creates more pain. Sometimes this will cause cramping but after the films are taken they release the clamp so everything can flow out of your bowels. Also, you are not just laying still, but are asked to roll from left to right and from supine to prone as they fill you and between the nozzle twisting inside of you And the pressure from filling your colon with barium, it is a lot to take in. You are then taken to the restroom for as long as you need to be there. Drink a lot of water after, barium can cause constipation!
Also be aware that many facilities do a prepatory glycerine enema to make sure you are clear before they do the BE itself.
