A colon should not be used in which of the-following locations?
Colons are used when you're giving a list of objects.
Being that this is a drug forum, I'm guessing you're talking about another type of "colon" (ie: taking drugs anally).
The first thing to remember is that your colon is sensitive... chemicals can burn it (dissolve the drug in water, and administer the water instead).
Also, when taking drugs rectally as opposed to orally, you don't have the system of kidneys/liver to filter out the drug before it makes it to your bloodstream.... which means that the same amount of a drug taken orally versus rectally, the rectal administration will cause much more of the drug to enter your system..... which is probably the plan all along.
Just be careful. It's very easy to overdose (even with just alcohol) when taking drugs rectally. It's safer to take a smaller dose initially, wait an hour or so to see how it's affecting you, then decide whether to take more or not.

What is the passage way from the small intestine to the large intestine?
The small intestine has three parts -- duodenum, jejunum and ileum. The ileum, being the last part of the small intestine, is the section that empties chyme into the beginning of the large intestine, which is the cecum.
Chyme is released from the ileum through the ileocecal valve, a sphincter muscle, and into the cecum. I suggest you look at online or textbook illustrations of the gastrointestinal tract to see what this looks like.

How do the human digestive system works?
First, the food goes into the mouth. You use your teeth to break it into smaller pieces. Salivary glands produce fluid that helps break the food down. The food then travels down the esophagus, to the stomach. The stomach churns the food and produces acid to help in digestion. It then goes into the 20-foot long small intestine, which has many vilii (finger-like things) poking out of the walls, which take the vitamins and nutrients from the food. Bile, a digestive juice made by the liver that was stored in the gall bladder also helps take the vitamins and nutrients out. Finally, it goes in the large intestine and the leftover water is absorbed, with help from microbes like Klebsiella, or bacteroides (basically bacteria). The food waste is now in the rectum or anus, which controls its release.
It can be red from hemorrhoids in the anus, an ulcer, or from food coloring. If this happens to you all the time, go to a doctor immediately.
Why does your poop smell like iron?
Feces may smell like iron due to the presence of blood - red blood cells have iron as part of the hemoglobin. The blood can come from ulcers or colorectal problems. Either way if there is enough blood to impart an iron smell, it is indicative of a serious problem and should be investigated promptly by a medical professional.
