The only reason I can think of is that you have hit your subscriber limit. Youtube has a limit of how many people you can subscribe to at one time without others subscribing to you. I'd wait a few hours then try to subscribe to the person again.

When you submit a comment Youtube checks various aspects of it to ensure that it is not spam such as if you have a link or certain keywords. Also, the video owner can block you from adding comments on their videos.

YouTube does not let people put TV Show episodes unless if it's someone on the show or makes it or with permission from the owner because it's claimed copywriting. If you're looking for a place to watch iCarly episodes, go to iwatchicarly.com. If you see any iCarly stuff there, it's probably just creations and stuff people do. But if it's a show episode, the pitch or screen is probably mirrored so YouTube doesn't terminate their account.

Yes and no . You tube allows free postings of videos of just about any thing you can do . Yo tube will charge you for some of their content. Both sites carry similar postings.
