Being an avid (unemployed) Flash developer myself (and always learning something new that can be accomplished with Flash), I would have to say, with great conviction, the only limitations Adobe Flash would have are those matched by the user's imagination, or lack thereof. Any others would only be the overwhelming complexity and high-end requirements of the struggling device displaying the contents of a badly designed or heavily sugar-coated Flash file.

Having said that... I know there may be many things that seem difficult to create in Flash, but where I've found some development challenges, I have also discovered that there are multitudes of satisfying (and often more improvised) alternative solutions. even by people who seem to know less (noobs... bless them!).
