In South Haven, Michigan, in McDowell cemetary, there is believed to be a woman named Flora buried, who, according to many sources, was his mistress. There are many stories that surround this - including sightings of her apparition, etc. Upon research, I cannot locate any connection between Capone and a Flora, so this very well may be a nickname...Still wondering how to locate information to validate that "Flora" existed.
