The Sheridan Blue Streak air rifle uses a 5mm pellet. This is about .20 caliber- larger than the .177 pellet, smaller than the .22 pellet. I have been able to get these at Bass Pro Shop. There are also at least 3 lots of them for sale on Ebay right now. Only the 5mm/ .20 caliber pellets will work in your rifle- do not try to substitute anything else.

How can you put a hole in bullet casing to put it on a chain?
Let's get our terms straight- that is a CARTRIDGE casing. If the cartridge is loaded, there is no safe way to drill a hole in it- you could ignite the powder inside the case. They are made by drilling an UNLOADED cartridge case, and then inserting a bullet into the case. Please do not try to drill a loaded cartridge. REALLY bad idea.
Why is ammo called wad cutters?
Only certain ammunition is called a wadcutter. This is a type of bullet that has a flat front, and is tended for target shooting. On impact with a paper target, it clips a neat, clean hole in the target like a paper punch. Back in the day when shotgun ammo used discs (called wads) of paper or felt, there was a tool used to cut these wads. A wadcutter. The bullet that clipped the neat hole was named after the tool that did the same thing.

Since there are multiple designs of bolt action rifles, there is no one answer. Your best bet will be to take it to a gunsmith. The tube feed rifles are more prone to jamming- usually with the cartridge elevator, and may require disassembly to remove a badly jammed cartridge. If you are not comfortable with your ability to disassemble and reassemble your rifle, you need a smith.
