The Greener bullet was for muzzleloading rifles- although it COULD be used in a single shot, muzzleloading pistol. See the link below for a little information.

9mm and 380 both use bullets with a diameter of .355. However, the cases are a different size. .380 is also known as .380 auto, 9mm Kurtz, 9mm Corto, 9mm short or 9x17. 9mm typically refers to 9x19mm also known as 9mm Parabellum or 9mm Luger.

You cannot fire a 9mm Parabellum cartridge from a .380 handgun. The 9mm cartridge will not fit into the chamber of the gun. However, if you were to pull the bullet out of the .380 case and put it into a 9mm Para case the resulting cartridge will work just fine.

We would urge you to have a gunsmith check your shotgun, and advise you on the correct ammunition. .410 shot shells have been made in a variety of lengths- 2, 2.5, and 3 inch are the most common sizes- but simply because a shell will chamber does NOT mean that it is safe to fire.

Assuming you mean the standard 230 grain .45 auto cartridge- bullet travels 830 feet in one second. So it would be 21/830ths of one second- or about 0.025 seconds. Faster than you can blink- and THAT is a relatively slow bullet.

Depends on the velocity, shape of the bullet, and where the rifle is zeroed. For the standard .223 zeroed at 200 yards, bullet will be 1.4 inches HIGH at 100 yds, on target at 200, 7.2 inches LOW at 300, 22.3 inches LOW at 400, etc.

The .32 Magnum revolver can fire the .32 S&W revolver cartridge. It cannot safely fire other .32 cartridges, such as .32 ACP (auto) 32-20, 32 Winchester, etc etc.

In MOST cases, the Model 10 is a .38 Special caliber. The barrel should be marked to show this. .38 Special (sometimes written as its original name- .38 S&W Special) is a different cartridge than .38 S&W. Early Model 10s may not but suited for frequent use of +P rated ammunition- it is loaded to higher power levels. The traditional cartridge was a round nosed 158 grain lead bullet- but 125 grain jacketed hollowpoint is frequently used for defense, and 144 grain wadcutter is used for target shooting.

A standard velocity .22 Short has a muzzle velocity of about 1100-1200 feet per second. At the other end of the range, I have a .220 Swift (high powered, bottleneck, centerfire cartridge) that fires a bullet at about 4,200 ft per second. MOST of the others are somewhere between those 2 extremes.

If your handgun is a revolver, the .32 S&W Long would be the most likely answer, DO have it examined by a competent gunsmith- there are over a dozen different .32 cartridges- MOST do not interchange. Please note that very early revolvers in .32 S&W Long were made for BLACK POWDER CARTRIDGES, AND SHOULD NOT BE FIRED WITH MODERN SMOKELESS POWDER AMMO. There was a reason for the caps.

When fired from the M9 pistol, the 9mm Parabellum cartridge may reach a maximum range of 200-2500 meters, however, there is NO degree of accuracy at that range. The effective range is about 50 meters.

No. Standard ammunition in the correct caliber for the gun. However, ONE of those calibers is the .357 SIG auto, and other .357 cartridges do not interchange with that.

It depends on the make and model of .25 caliber handgun, but, generally the magazine would hold at least 5 rounds with one in the chamber for a total of 6 rounds. The correct terms for "bullets" are "rounds" or "cartridges", a bullet is the projectile that exits the firearm.

Muskets were muzzle loading firearms- MOST with smooth bores. They used gunpowder poured own the barrel, and a lead ball that was pushed down the barrel with a ramrod. RIFLED muskets might use a round lead ball wrapped in a greased cloth patch, or a lead Minie Ball- but still required powder to be poured down the barrel. The powder was sometimes wrapped in thin paper tubes (cartridges) that could be bitten open, and powder dumped down the barrel. Check Wikipedia for the term Minie Ball for more information.

science, Bullet markings and check them with the rifling of the firearm. Barrel twist and or markings can help ID the gun fired from. Nothing can tell you for sure, It can just tell you it was fired from a barrel like that of a type or make.
