22 cartridges fo .22 short
I am the one who asked this question. I am a Remington fan, but I never heard of the Model 78. I loaded some ammo for a friend that owns a model 78 and when measuring the lands if realized that the overall length of the bullet was much longer than rifles I have loaded for in the past. When I looked up the Model 78 I saw that is was only produced for about 4 years and wondered why.
The weight of a fully loaded magazine with 5.56 ammo can vary based on the size and material of the magazine. However, typically a fully loaded 30-round magazine with 5.56 ammo can weigh around 1 to 1.5 pounds.
With a loaded 30-round STANAG magazine, the M4 carbine weighs 3.1 kilograms (6.9 pounds).
35 lbs. (15.9kg) 100 rds empty can wt. 5.3 lbs
I think there are 200 bullets in a uzi ammo clip
It is a munition that's 7.62 mm in diameter by 25 mm in length. These dimensions refer to a Russian ammunition used for the Tokarev pistol and several Communist-era submachine guns, and to ammo of the same dimensions for the German Mauser pistol. Although the Tokarev ammo will chamber in a Mauser, it should NOT be attempted, as the Russian ammo is loaded much hotter.
The tin itself is collectible, however, I think the ammo is the more valuable piece of that package now.
It depends on what kind of ammo.
You have to be more specific. Looking at the "Magazine" or "clip" can give you a good idea on how much ammo a weapon can hold. Also the caliber size of the ammo is a factor to how much ammo is in a "Magazine/clip".
You have much less ammo, and the ammo drop by enemies is significantly reduced.
Ammo weigh's 100 pounds
For .50 BMG, ammo is about $4.50 to $5 per cartridge for ordinary ball ammo. Some specialty ammo is MUCH more expensive.
