Avocados are grown in tropical areas around the world. They have a green leathery skin, almost like a shell. When ripened, the inside is firm and creamy. There is a very large seed in the center. Avocados are the main ingredient in guacamole.

Yes you can. It tastes like water. It is for helping to lower high blood pressure. It's useful for diabetic people. It also help for your period to arrive quicker but it's a bad idea to drink it often because it also means the period will end quicker.

Yes. Cut the avocado in half around the pit. Remove the pit and scoop the fruit out of the skin.
How do you determine type 'A' or type 'B' avocado trees?
Answer:
OK, get a piece of string about 600mm (2 foot) long, tie a steel nut (from a bolt) on one end. Hold the string / nut ABOVE the tree. If the nut starts to rotate, the tree is a 'B' type. If the nut swings back and forth, it's an 'A' type!
This also works on tree branches, if the tree is too tall.
Some people say you have to use a wedding ring on a piece of string or cotton, but you don't.

Cut Avocado into thick chunks.
Season with maldon sea sald and finely crushed black pepper.
Add the juice of quarter lemon and lime.
add small quantity of finely chopped iceberg, or microcress.
I prefer to use a crusty baguette or something.
I usually add streaky bacon or chicken.
Sometimes king prawns.
Goes well with a sweet chilli mayo.
