What happens at the end of BioShock?
At the end of Bioshock, there are 3 alternate endings, depending on how you played the game.
If you decide to rescue all the Little Sisters, you will get an ending where you refuse the key to Rapture, and grow up on Earth to watch your daughters grow up.
If you decide to harvest at least 1 Little Sister, you take the key to the city and abuse the Little Sisters. You send an attack to the surface and Spider Splicers attack a nuclear submarine.
If you harvest all of the Little Sisters, then the same video as ending 2 is played, but Tenenbaum's voiceover is angry rather than sad.

In my opinion Bioshock is an incredible game! With an engaging storyline,fun shooting mechanics,and great RPG elements. However I must warn that this is not a game for children below the age of 13 there are some creepy parts and scary scenes but if you can take this minor setback i recommend this game 100%.

If by "don't kill", you mean "don't harvest", you get the happiest ending to the game. You also end up collecting less ADAM than if you harvested every little sister, however saving them allows you to recieve gifts from Tenenbaum, which contain gene tonics, first aid kits and exotic ammunition.
The main character, 'Delta' has a psychological bond with his 'Little Sister', Eleanor. Eleanor's mother manages to sever this bond by stopping Eleanor's heart for a short time, and the loss of this bond causes Delta to slowly shut down. Before this can kill him though, he is mortally wounded by an explosion in the ending cutscene. He either dies from his wounds, or has his essence extracted by Eleanor (given willingly or taken by force depending on the ending you got), so yes, he always dies.

In Bioshock you play as a man named Jack, the only survivor of a plane crash at sea, finding himself at the entrance to an underwater dystopia called Rapture. Ultimately Jack learns that his presence there is no accident, and that his will is not entirely his own.
Why do big daddies protect little sisters on BioShock?
Because Little Sisters use Rapture's narrow crawlspaces to navigate, assumedly they are not always paired up with one specific Big Daddy. Instead, groups of Big Daddies probably patrol certain areas and will act as guardian to any Little Sister that needs to be accompanied.
Why do you try to kill little sister in the ending of BioShock?
There is no sequence where your character kills a little sister at the end of bioshock. during the story you get the option to "harvest" or "save" the little sisters found throughout the game. "Harvesting" a little sister forcibly removes the "ADAM slug" from there body and you get a higher "ADAM" payout but the little sister does not survive the process. While "Saving" a little sister cleanses the "ADAM" from there system, but with a lower "ADAM" payout. It is up to the player to decide what path to take.
What is the easiest way to kill a big daddy or rosie in BioShock?
First Make sure you have 9 health packs! What I usually do to beat them is use the exploding Buck shot (shotgun), incendiary bolts (Crossbow), and RPGs grenade launcher) I found them to work best but the key is to KEEP MOVING never hold still

What i do isuse the trap bolts.its a little late in the game, but trap bolts( around 4-5 of them) will take down any big daddy easily.
best thing to do before you get the crossbow is to take pictures of them with the camera after you get it 1/3 of the way through the game during Farmer's [something]. then when you get the cross bow and trap bolts, set up around 4-5 in front of the big daddy or down a hall way you can coax him through.
best way to set up these bolts are to look stand perpendicular across from the target wall, shoot, side step, and repeat.
Tiesonthewall:If you are playing on the hard difficulty setting I advise you have a plan of action. Make sure you have as much possible research of that particular Big Daddy (Rosie or Bouncer) as well as full ammunition, Health, and Eve.- Give yourself enough space between yourself and the Big Daddy.
- Set up both Proximity Mines as well as Trap Bolts.
- Shoot him from a distance when both are set to get his attention. If the Big Daddy is an Elite he may not rush you however he will try to be within view to try and shoot you. So moving where he can't see you is a good idea because he will move to compensate.
- If the Big Daddy is still not dead through all of the traps, move in close and use Electric Gel. It is definitely your best bet because it causes him to become immobile and for you to just load him up with it.
- If one round of it doesn't finish him off switch to either Electric Buck or Exploding Buck to finish the job.
Things to Remember:
- Anything electric will immobilize him and give you the chance to kill.
- Make sure all weapons are fully loaded and the correct ammunition is loaded BEFORE attacking him. Death is very easy to come by if small errors are made.
- First Aid Kits and Eve Hypos are plentiful and a Health Station is nearby and Hacked.
- Health and Eve should both be full before the start of the onslaught
An Easier Route To Come By:
- Obtain the Plasmid "Hypnotize Big Daddy." (Either level 1 or 2 will work.)
- Hypnotize a Big Daddy.
- Have him follow you around until you come across another Big Daddy.
- Anger the Opposing Big Daddy.
- Watch both Big Daddies duke it out until one procedes to die.
- NOTE: If your Big Daddy's Health is slightly lower than the opposing Big Daddy prepare to fight to the death. Big Daddies are VERY Dangerous and will kill to protect the Little Sisters as well as Themselves.
