Do bluebirds Cher when its rain?
Bluebirds do not typically "cher," or vocalize, during rainy weather as much as they do in clear conditions. Their songs are more frequent and pronounced when the weather is pleasant and conducive to foraging. Rainy weather can also limit their activity, as they prefer to stay sheltered and conserve energy. However, individual behavior may vary based on the specific circumstances and the birds' needs.
There are many more but I can't list them all.

Would a bluebird make a good pet?
If a bluebird is at pet store, possibly. If you want a wild one then most likely not, but you could try. If you want a bluebird either way check out Birds For Dummies available in Petco and different book stores. Let me go over the basics.
1. You will need a bird cage, preferably one for good space for toys, hanging items, and nice flying room. It should be a cage made for birds.
2. Food. Available in Petco, Petsmart, and humane societys.
3. Water... Duh!
4. Poop scooper. (Birds will most likely not be litter trained)
5. Knowledge. (Another duh) Make sure you have a book that will help you.
6. Toys, hanging bars, and beds (sheets, hammocks). Make sure that its comfy for your bird.
7. Maybe even a playmate (another bird).
8. Time. You want time to love, take care of, and relax your bird.
9. Willing to do dirty (poop, pee, and throw up cleaning) work.
10. TIP: You probably want your bird to be neutered/spayed. You probably shouldn't try to breed your bird(s).
Hope this was helpful! :)
How do bluebirds help control pests?
Bluebirds help control pests by feeding on insects such as caterpillars, beetles, grasshoppers, and spiders that can harm crops and gardens. They are particularly effective at catching insects in mid-air, making them valuable predators for controlling flying pests. By consuming large quantities of these pests, bluebirds help maintain a balanced ecosystem and reduce the need for chemical pesticides.

They both do. They will scare other birds away by peck at them or charging them.
Where can you find bluebirds outside?
Bluebirds can often be found in open woodlands, fields, and gardens across North America. They prefer habitats with low shrubs and scattered trees, where they can perch and hunt for insects. During migration, you may also spot them in parks and along roadsides. Providing nesting boxes in suitable areas can attract them to your backyard.
