How much does it cost to get your back dimples pierced?

It depends on the shop and what kind of jewelry you get. You definitely want microdermals for this, so don't get bars just because they're cheaper. Call around to the different shops and ask for pricing.

Are belly button ring sizes different?

Most are done at 14ga but they can also be done at 16ga. Really, you can get it pierced up to 10ga. Length is also different for everyone. Its a good idea to have a piercer fit you with a bar. Improper length can increase friction and lead to rejection. Bars that are too short can become problematic with swelling.

Is it good to ice your nose piercing?

No and more over why?? If the piercing was done by a professional body piercer using a needle and the proper jewellery in concert with you following your aftercare instructions the piercing should be fine. If this want the case then you were taken in by who and where ever did your piercing, go get your money back.

Is it normal to have reoccurring canker sores long after you have had your tongue pierced?

Its most likely from jewelry that is too long or balls that are too big. GO see a piercer and just ask them to fit you for a bar and see if they have smaller ends. For the bottom ball, its a good idea to get a half dome or whats referred to as either a ufo or m&m end (I'm sure they have proper names :P) to reduce the friction in that area :)

Does a back dimple piercing hurts more than a nose ring?

Its different for everyone but I'm gonna guess yes. The procedure takes a bit longer and theres a bigger affected area. For back dimple piercings, youre gonna want micro dermals, they'll last longer.

Also, I'd feel terrible if I didnt warn you about these piercings. Just like hip piercings, they have a high rejection rate. Theres a lot of movement and contact in that area so they reject quickly. Most dont last a year. Not to mention that they'll most likely leave you with scars. In my opinion, its a waste of money to pay for such expensive piercings if they wont last :) Good luck

Can you go on a roller coaster while having a new belly piercing in?

Yep. Most jewelry isn't magnetic if thats what you're worried about. Some coasters have restraints that could hit or rub against the piercing so that might irritate it but other than that, you'll be fine :)

What if you get an abscess after taking a lip piercing out?

That shouldn't happen unless the piercing is currently infected. If for some reason you do get an abscess you'd just go and see a doctor.

Can you numb your nipples before getting them pierced?

You can certainly ice them before hand if you like, but you will have to get them pretty numb for you to not feel much of anything. It's the best bit of advice that I can give you unless you just so happen to have some topical Lidocaine laying around the house somewhere or something to the effect.

How can you numb your nipples so it don't hurt when you get them pierced?

I know that there are numbing creams out there but they're normally used for tattoos. Talk to your piercer before you use anything and ask them how they feel about it:)

Can you get your ears pierced at Claires?

Yes, but only if you are getting your lobes pierced. Andsee if they have guns that just came out of the package that haven't been used on anybody before. And when choosing earrings, choose some that are made of pure gold. And make sure the person who is piercing your ears has pierced ears many times before. And if you are getting your cartilage pierced go someplace else besides Claire's.

Does nose or cartilage piercing hurt more?

just got my nose re-pierced yesterday, and i've had my cartilage done for about a year now.

For me, the pain level is about the same. The piercing itself didn't actually hurt much at all for either, its just sore for a while after you get it done. I think my cartilage was worse, but not by that much.

I don't think either piercing is that painful, but they do really look good. I just have a regular one hole cartilage piercing, but I hope I could help a little. :)

Where is the best place to get your ears pierced if you are a guy?

Do you mean where on your ear or where to go get pierced?

You can really get any ear piercing you want. I've seen quite a few guys with tragus, conch, and helix piercings and they don't look feminine if thats what you're worried about. There's a wide selection of jewelry out there for you to choose from so you can really customize what kind of look you have with your piercings.

You should get pierced at a professional, reputable shop. Definitely make sure that they use needles, guns are terrible.

Good luck :)
