34b is the average American young woman's bra size. Just because there is an average size, it doesn't mean you should be that size. Alot of people are getting fatter, if overweight becomes average, would that mean you should also be overweight? NO. But that's to do with health reasons so it's different. you pull it over your head .. If you have a training bra. If you have one that has a hook and all that an easy way to do it is place it so the cups are at the back and the hook is at the front. Make sure the cups are facing outwards and everything is straight, then you clip it and pull it around to the front and pull it up over your breasts then put the straps over your shoulders and make sure everything is comfortable.

Most people wear a bra while they work out because it is more comfortable to have your breasts supported. If you are doing light exercise or have small breasts, you may be comfortable without the bra and that can be a healthy choice. Check in with your doctor if you aren't sure.
