Hello, just sayin' that there are two kind of bras, those that the band size number is actually the size of your underbreast (let's say 30) and the other, you have to add 5 inches, so if you're 30-31 you need to wear at least 34 or even 36 ;). So a real 36 is quite large, but the second is equivalent to a 30 in the other method!

Sports bras are meant to have support, and they are tight which are constricting around your rib cage. It is bad to wear them to bed, its bad for your ribs and breathing and in ways, linked to breast cancer. I recommend you DO NOT wear them to bed.

Do not wear tight tees, and definitely don't wear tight tank tops! Wear cute flowy tops that compliment your bust but don't make you look like an overgrown BarbieTM! Don't buy your bras too big! If you think you look too big in the chest area, then buy 32c cups and feel the same way but look different. Don't try to turn guys on by puffing out your chest or making your girls bounce. it is anverage size of typical women to have it all mainly depends on your weight and hight but mainly the 34 part is the size of around your back and the B is main cup size which most women have around the world.
