In order to remove someone from your clan, you must be the clan leader or co-leader. You would go into your clan page and the option to remove them will be there.

I find it best to test out the clan castle first. I will send one barbarian running up to it, and see if any troops come out. If there are any troops there, I will surround them with archers and deal with them before I do anything else.

Once the castle troops have been dealt with, I will find the biggest areas of threat. For instance, if mortars are my biggest problem, I will hit them with lightning, and then send some giants in after them. Send in some bombers beside them to get the walls out of the way faster. I will back my giants up with waves of archers and and barbarians.

If you clump your units, they can be taken out quickly by single defenses, but if you spread them too thin, they are easily picked off. I have found it is best to narrow your attack down to one side with two or three entry points made by bombers, then spread your troops between those points.

If the village has holes in defenses or gaps in walls that you did not make, be wary of them. They are probably loaded up with bombs or spring traps. Test them with a single unit before you send a wave in.

You can add in a few balloons, wizards, or other speciality units, but I try to get away with using troops that require lower levels of elixir to produce. This means you are making more profit off of each raid. If you are spending more on making the troops than you are gaining in a raid, then you are actually losing resources. If a village has less resources available to you then it took to build your army, skip it. Look for one with more stash.

As you increase levels, you will have to adjust your units, but you will have more of a feel for it by then.

A clique is a group ( normally consists of popular school girls) who shut themselves in their own friendship circle and don't let anyone join. Meaning you can't be there friend, because they are like a closed, off-limits group. While a clan is a group ( usually consisting of adults and outside of school) that meets up and usually doesn't do a whole lot of good. An example would be the KKK.

Alot of factors come in to play with this question. Depends on how much you raid, and how good your layout is, and how well you plan your upgrades, and if you choose to buy more builders (almost required to get 4+ if you even want to see TH10). In short I'd said around a year if you play a decent amount.
