Yes you could. I currently take 54 mg of concerta daily. But if it is not perscribed to you i do not suggest it. You can take up to 72mg a day.

I would not recommend this combination, since it does have an increased risk of hypertensive effects. However, it is possible that a low dosage of each would be prescribed to treat different symptoms (social phobia / ADHD). I have never seen this combination prescribed before though.

Taking anywhere above 13 would be considered an overdose, anywhere above 19 and you will most likely be hospitalized, and taking 24 or more pills will result in cardiac arrhythmia or cardiac arrest.

I assume you want to speed off Concerta and then sleep with Tylenol PM? Is that right? Well first, there is no come down from Concerta, it just wears off. The next day, however, is going to be the most boring day of you life. And secondly, have you taken PM before? It suck. I have taken it far too many times. I doesn't put you to sleep, it doesn't make you feel rested, it does nothing. There is nothing to worry about coming down from Concerta.

I was taking 40 mg of strattera a month ago and last week the Dr increased it to 60 mg. I have found that since I have been taking this med I have been able to stop taking my Xanax. I am not able to sleep for long periods like we use to do when were younger. I have taken an over the counter sleep aid that makes me rest better. Strattera has relaxed me so much that I am able to sleep better than I use to. There are RX's that can be prescribe, but I use to be on those and got myself off them. Try over the counter med first.

If you have trouble sleeping, as I did when I started Strattera, I recommend taking your dose first thing in the morning, when you wake up. That way, the medicine's effects fade off by the time you want to go to sleep.

all you need for adhd is concerta, but concerta can make you jittery and give you an all around weird jumpy feeling like as if you were smoking crack or speed. so it wont help your adhd any better but the vicodan might calm you down if you expience those effects. if its those "speedy" effects of concerta that bother you consider switching to adderall rather than methyphenidate , i have found concerta to make you more jittery and stuff than adderall . as for the safety of this mixture dont quote me on this but if you keep your does'es low you'll be fine

Seriously though, I am an adult that struggles daily with ADD, I have a legitimate prescription for Concerta and take it daily to help with symptoms, my current 36mg dose has become ineffective over time and my doctor will be very reluctant to up my dosage to 54mg because of abusers looking to get high, so smarten up, you are making things more difficult for people that really need this stuff.

If it was her Concerta, and she normally took it in the morning (which is the most common, from what I have been told), at the same or a higher dose than she accidentally took at night, it might realistically have no effect. If it was her Concerta, she presumably has ADD or ADHD. If so, while Concerta might act as a "speed" for others, it would normally have the opposite effect on her - and that is exactly why she has it. Together, my meds have substantially and unexpectedly increased my average hours of sleeping per night from 4 or 5 to over 7. And taking the amphetamine later in the day (I have not yet tried it "at night" - after 6 or 7 pm) has not changed this new pattern - it takes effort for me to stay up past 11, even though, before I went on the meds, I could, with any motivation, stay up past 2 or 3, and with real motivation, even until 5 or 6, and then restart at 8. So the meds, including the amphetamine, have increased my sleep. So your daughter might be fine, or she might be in for a horrible night.
