They are very nice for dorms. The one I was in was a four bedreem where each person has a separate bedroom with their own deadbolt. There are two bathrooms in the hall. There is a big living room and a little kitchenette with a sink microwave and fridge. The firnished Riverside couches are amazingly firm.
