If you are driving up steep hills.....it would be great to have more details of the dream....what kind of car you were driving, color, weather, light, dark. Did you stop at the top of the hill.....

driving in a car mean the path or ministry that has been put on your life.

If a race car....it will be fast forwarded to that upward elevation.

I don't think it means anything - Normally, dreams are caused from previous events or things that you have done in the past, maybe something you've done related to a closet?
