it will make you feel hot when it's working, but if start to feel sick drink something with vitamin D. like milk.

Get someone to give you a spinal tap, or consume Vitamin C.
Energy drinks will also help.
However, I don't suggest energy drinks or vitamin C, because even though it increases your high, your high lasts for a shorter period of time.
My suggestion (in a hypothetical situation in which drugs are legal) is to just a pill, two hours take another one, and continue taking 1 pill ever hour.

if you take 1/2 a pill 3 times over 12 hours, you might as well not risk going to jail for possession and just not take it. It will not affect you enough to be worth the price or the trouble it might cause.

the way that we helped her was just by calming her down. when you're on E your body no longer has control over your temperature, so you can overheat and die.

All normal side effects. Ecstasy or MDMA opens the brain to much higher levels of dopamine, the "feel-good" chemical. Once the chemicals even out again as the drug leaves your system, you'll experience a crash like you described. It sucks, just wait it out you'll be fine.
As for the rash, well, E pills are not pure MDMA, they can be cut with almost any other chemical so it's probably just a bit of an allergic reaction to something else in the pill.

wait about 30 minutes to an hour and then it will hit you. but if its your first time take a half of one and wait 30 to an hour and this will hit you really hard just make sure you have a friend with you so when you freak out they can calm you down and drink water every 30 to 45 minutes
