The Peregrine falcon was at one time listed among the endangered species in the United States. This bird is no longer listed as endangered but is still monitored.

What are you comparing? Speed? Strength? Size? They are really not comparable in anyway. The falcon is much smaller and posses much more speed and hunts in the open sky. The Crowned eagle is a rather large eagle, one of the biggest and hunts in dense forest taking much larger pray then the Falcon does. Crowned eagle might not have a large wingspan like many of the the other eagles do but to see one in person is awesome. They have very large talons and are built very heavily.

That depends on which kind of falcon the babies are, since falcons come in different sizes. The smaller the falcon the smaller the prey it eats, while the larger falcons eat larger prey. The adults feed the babies small pieces of the kinds of foods the adults themselves eat. The list of potential prey would include insects, invertebrates, small vertebrates such as lizards, geckos or small frogs, birds and small mammals.

If The Falcon Was Not Fast Enough, It Will Fall Prey To Predators Such As Cats, Dogs, Foxes And Other Raptors. But They Have Speed So They Can Get Away. Cats, Dogs, Foxes And Larger Raptors Are More Likely To Take The Young And Snare It. Large Males (Even Though Males Are Smaller) Might Take Them.
