Nemo lives in the coral reef which is near the surface of the ocean. So the drop off is the part to the ocean floor. Remember the 3 parts of the ocean: The surface, the mid-section, and the ocean floor!

There is no correct answer for this question, for everyone has a different opinion of what is a greater challenge that what because we each are all different people, but I think that the hardest challenge Marlin had to face was to let go of Nemo, but if you think otherwise, it's only natural. Finding Nemo came out in 2003 to much fanfare. The company that produced Finding Nemo was Pixar Animation Studios. The film itself was released by Walt Disney Pictures.

The East Australian Current (EAC) runs south along the east coast. Which Marlin ends up swimming through to get to Nemo. The Indonesian Flowthrough flows westwards from the Pacific to the Indian Ocean; so I'd have to say around those, considering the only thing the movie, or movie description ever calls the ocean they're in is.. the ocean.

Nemo is an only child, no brothers or sisters, which explains why his father Marlin is so protective of him.
