You don't find them anywhere. As the game progresses, you will get them one by one. I believe you get the second one on the level where Pent and Louis join, and the third at the last chapter of the game. I'm not sure when you get the first one though.

First off, you need to be playing at least on your second play-through. After completing the game for the first time, you need to start from the beginning. There are two things you need to do specifically.

1: Use the Black Knight on Part 1 Endgame.

2: Have Ike talk to the Black Knight on the chapter: Rivals Collide (which will be in Part 3).

This last part is almost impossible considering that the Black Knight is between 20 to 30 levels higher than Ike so you will need to be creative on how you fight him (Here is some advise, 1: lure the black knight to an isolate position. 2:Have Ike withing attack range by turn 12. 3: Have a strong support bond with someone nearby. 4: Battle save before pressing "End". 5: repeat until Ike miraculously avoids a blow.)

If you do all this, then rather than letting Sephiran die in part 4, Yune will save him at the very last moment. This will allow you to use him in the final boss battle and then unlock a secret ending.

No, Ike and Marth don't meet in any Fire Emblem games but they are in Super Smash Bros. Brawl together (which I highly recommend).

Random Dude: Marth and Ike are from two separate games timelines:

Marth is from the two original games only released in Japan and Shadow Dragon Remake. Ike is from Path of Radiance and Radiant Dawn for GC and Nintendo Wii. They have never met each other canonically. The only times they can be seen together are in Fire Emblem Awakening (as DLC characters), Fire Emblem Fates (as Amiibo), and SSBB/Sm4sh.

Have characers fight close to one another in battle and eventually on the Support Menu back in your base you should be able to start a support relationship with them. near endgame, you can have a support relationship with anyone.

Well for starter's you need to be in Hector's mode, and get Bartre to be at least a level 5 warrior. At the chapter called Battle Preperations, bring Bartre with you. Karla will be there. Make Bartre fight her, and if neither Bartre or Karla wins or loses, she will join you. I would suggest that you make Bartre at level at least 6 or 7 anyways, so that Karla won't defeat him.
