This depends greatly on:
1. The time of year you travel
2. The airline you use
3. Where in Australia you are travelling
4. How many stops/plane changes you are prepared to make
February 1st - Feb 21st using Delta travelling JFK - LAX- Sydney round trip is 305,000 Frequent Flyer miles.
Using the same dates and United airlines travelling Newark - Honolulu - Guam -Cairns and then back via Guam, Honolulu and Houston can be done for 150,000 FF miles - a massive improvement but longer flights and more stops.
EgyptAir is part of the Star Team Alliance program. See related link below, however their specific frequent flyer program is EgyptAir Plus.
In the United States, Continental Airlines has long been recognized as having one of the best frequent flyer programs. You can earn elite status with segments or miles (most airlines only give you miles), and you are upgraded to first or business class based on your elite status, not the price of your ticket. On Continental if you are Platinum Elite and bought a $300 ticket, you will get upgraded to first or business class before a Gold or Silver Elite who bought a $500 ticket.
Delta airlines is the opposite. They upgrade elite members based on ticket value first. This makes no sense because the Platinum Elites fly far more than Silver or Gold.
One that uses wings., The fly of a flag: See Fly, n., 6., Anything that is scattered abroad in great numbers as a theatrical programme, an advertising leaf, etc., One in a flight of steps which are parallel to each other(as in ordinary stairs), as distinguished from a winder., The pair of arms attached to the spindle of a spinning frame, over which the thread passes to the bobbin; -- so called from their swift revolution. See Fly, n., 11., The fan wheel that rotates the cap of a windmill as the wind veers., A small operation not involving ? considerable part of one's capital, or not in the line of one's ordinary business; a venture.
The distance is straight path from one place to another place. There might be slight difference between the actual distance and the above mentioned distance because of the route chosen. The distance between the above mentioned places is 2109.076 miles approximately.
A flyer template is still hard to get. You have to shop it online or you search in your city for a shop what sell flyer templates! Also you can get flyer templates in many shops in Germany, just asking someone and you get the adress for a flyer templates shop.
With Delta Airlines Skymiles this is possible. Pay for the ticket partially in miles and pay cash for the balance.
The program is called OnePass - 25000 gets you silver elite, 50K gets you Gold Elite and 75K gets you Platinum Elite and they have just introduced another tier
How you redeem air miles varies by the airline in which you are redeeming them. Air miles can usually be redeemed online or by phone and can be used towards future travel and upgrades.
KLM is neither a Star Alliance member or partner. It is however a member of the SkyTeam airline alliance.
Go the airlines website - select Frequent Flyer program and sign up or when flying an application is usually available from flight attendants or found in the airline magazine found in the seat pocket.
All major airlines have frequent flyer programs. They track the flights that program members take. After a certain number of flights, members are eligible for awards such as free flights or upgrades.
Because many people have the same name, and addresses change, airlines assign each member of their program a number. (It may contain letters, but it's commonly called a "number" anyhow.) This is the person's frequent flyer number or flyer number. If a person is a member of more than one program (you might as well be if you travel a lot, it costs nothing to join them) the numbers will be different for each airline.
U.S. Airways is part of the Star Alliance network, while Delta is part of the SkyTeam, so no, they're not flight partners.
Contact the airline with which you have the frequent flier number.....Normally, possible to reset it online itself and in extreme cases you might have to contact the customer service team. Cheers!

No unless you have high elite/medallion status with an airline. You could then cancel your paid flight and get a full refund and then rebook with miles. You can do this as a passenger without Frequent Fier status too, but it would cost quite a bit of extra money.
Yes you can. Qantas and BA are part of the OneWorld alliance and reciprocate on their frequent flier programs.
The flight from East Midlands to Paris takes 1 hour and 20 minutes. The distance between the two cities is 491 kilometers.
I just recently had this same question come up. I don't know if it is the same with all airlines, but according to US Air, it is mile-for-mile. I think it may have been different in the past, but that is what I was told by US Air
The upgrades go in segments, where each segment is determined by the number of miles that the flight is. Thus, you may be able to upgrade for a few thousand filght miles if flying from New York City to Boston, but it will cost you a lot of miles to upgrade if flying from New York City to Tokyo. Check out the AA.com website for details, or call them for a specific answer.
Depends on the type of ticket. For 25,000 miles you can get a round-trip economy class ticket within the U.S., assuming the flight isn't very popular with award travelers. If the initial allocation of award seats is gone, if you want to fly in a first or business class, or if you want to fly to another part of the world, you will need more miles. See United's Web site for a complete list.
You can pack. But it is not advisable. As most of the airlines are non-liable for such items, in case of lost baggage. So it is always advisable to keep any costly item in the cabin luggage.
