GinTama, which literally means Silver Soul, is a Japanese manga illustrated and written by Hideaki Sorachi. Set in Edo, a place invaded by aliens, the story focuses on the life of Gintoki Sakata and his friends.

When does Tama the android appear in gintama?
Tama first appeared as a decapitated head in Episode 69 in the anime series.
The story focuses on an eccentric samurai, Gintoki Sakata, his (partial) apprentice Shinpachi Shimura, and a teenage alien girl called Kagura who's from the Yato Clan -the strongest clan in the universe. All three are "free-lancers" search for work in order to pay the monthly rent, which usually goes unpaid anyway. The story takes place in the Edo Period, but instead of the Europeans invading in the late 1860s they are invaded by aliens, which they call Amanto. It's funny, and worth reading just for the laughs. This manga has a plot with no bounds, it can go anywhere with it, and it does, comedy and seriousness from time to time to make this a MUST read.
Will Gintama anime episodes be in English?
Probably not. America/Europe only seems to get the "over the top" super ridunculously popular anime. Slightly more unheard ones like Gintama and Bartender never make it here T-T I was actually kinda shocked Zatch Bell made it here for a little while. It was never popular, but still not that bad...
Subbed episodes can be found on Crunchyroll for legal streaming. Dubbed? I don't think so. Section 23 licensed it, but has only been releasing subbed episodes thus far, and it doesn't look like it's going to change.

And Gintama have to many japanese words to be english for example tama is balls but can also be soul. kami can be for god or hair, so you see I don't think it's possible beside I much prefer eng. sub not because I love them but I love the voice.

Gintama will not end, at least for another tenth of years. Maybe in anime they said that its the last episode and last for the last. But worry not, for it was just a troll.. ; )
