None. Gluten is wheat, rye and malt. All grains. Veggies are gluten free which is why when i found out that I had a gluten allergy, I thought that veggies is all I could have which I found out wasn't true.
They are naturally gluten free but are subject to cross contamination. On the Goya brand it says may contain wheat. Arrowhead Mills is the only one that I have been able to find that will list their split peas as gluten free on their website.

The grains in question are wheat, rye, barley, kamut, spelt, and triticale. There are other grains that have gluten but not the same type that causes a reaction in Celiac patients, such as corn.
