Look out for the Gruppe 6 green and white security bank armoured trucks (which also feature in GTA IV). You will see them driving around particularly in Broker, Bohan and Alderney. Jack one of these, which is easy, as there will be no resistance. Drive to a secluded place and roll a grenade (or throw a sticky bomb) towards the back doors, or aim an RPG at the doors, make sure Luis is standing well back though. When the truck has blown up, tons of money will be thrown out, and there will be a limited time for this to be collected before it disappears. There will also be a two star wanted alert, so again, Luis has to get a move on and then get away from the area. It is a good idea to park the truck near the river or docks, because Luis can always jump into the water and swim out of the wanted circle, as there are no police launches with two stars.
