There isn't any cheat for infinite health.You cannot have infinite health in the psp.Try Altering files of the game.Though you should play on pc for that.

no you can't the only plane you can fly is a dodo which is basically a car cause it can't fly

no!! your wrong you can fly the dodo dont listen to that guy that wrote that up there .heres how to do it.

1 take off

get in the dodo and get it on the runway press x and it will accelarate

when you press x hold the down directional button when the dodo goes full speed you will see the nose point down and you will see sparks. immeadiatly!!! let go of the down directional button and the dodo shoot up in the air

2 flying

when the dodo shoots up in the air use the down directional button to level the plane never press the up directional button this will cause the plane to stall oh! and never let go of x.. okay now the dodo is level keep holding x and if the dodo takes a dive dont worry it will go up back when it does level the plane ..

3 turning

to turn use the right and left directional buttons to turn but dont hold them down to turn just tap them and the dodo will turn if you tap right it will turn right if you tap left it will turn left ..

4 landing i dont really know how to land but...

first make sure the dodo is straight and ready to land on the runway now press down and let go of x for 3 seconds and hold it for 3 seconds then let it go and press down again and keep repeating this until the dodo touches down and then hold the brake

you have to use this cheat: Up,Left,Down,Right,Left,Left,Right,Right

You must have assigned the horn button in the game.You need to hit that button short so the sirens will turn on.You can hit the button back to turn the sirens off.Make sure you hit it real short.

You cannot use any cheat.You can just go to film studio and walk to its back side and get the sea plane there.Only available after mission Dildo Dodo.

You cannot climb a straight ladder in the game vice city.You though climb up the stairs.But you cannot climb up the ladder.

they don't spawn anywhere int he game

it's hard but you can.. you just need to get a car (not motorcycles) then go near the girl with your car...then listen if the girl will talk to you if the girl does not talk to you just keep going near her with your car.. that's it but u cant bring her home if you bring her home she will just stay outside if your just for a while she will still be there outside but if your taking like minutes she will go away..

There is no cheat for jet plane in GTA Vice City.you can get it in GTA sanandreas but not in vice city.

You cannot get a crew in original game gta vice city.You can get a crew in GTA sa.To get a crew in city you can apply body guard mod.Download the mod from internet and apply it using mod application.The you can press Key 'V' for the crew members to come.You can have 4 crew member for max.

Download GTA Mod Installer.

Download a bike mod.

On the mod installer,select install vehicles onto gta vc and find the mod location.

You cannot get a jet plane as the developers haven't provided the players with a jet plane in the game.You can fly only the sea plane that is behind the film studio.

Just use the recruit anyone with RPGs cheat r2 r2 x l2 l1 r2 l1down x and then find a grove street gang member then press up and they will carry (you can pretty much give any gang and civilian RPGs with this cheat) NOTE: this cheat code will give grove street gang members RPGs if they're unarmed
