Has Brett Favre beat every team in the NFL?

User Avatar

Asked by Wiki User

Yes he did. He beat every team (including his own 49ers) that existed during the time he played. There are teams that didn't exist yet that he didn't beat, but he definitely deserves the statistic first to beat all teams (rather than Brett Farve). The info can be found on this page.

Left handed quarter back for greenbay packers in 1972?

User Avatar

Asked by Wiki User

I don't think there was one. Scott Hunter, Jerry Tagge, and Frank Patrick took turns at QB for the 1972 Packers.

There was a southpaw QB for the 1973 Packers named Jim Del Gaizo. The Packers acquired him prior to the 1973 season from the Miami Dolphins for 2 second round draft choices. He got into 8 games for the 1973 Packers and completed 27 passes in 62 attempts for 318 yards, 2 TDs, and 6 INTs. 1973 was Del Gaizo's only season with the Packers as they traded him to the Giants in September, 1974.

The fans! The Packers have offered stock in the team five times in their history. When the stock is available, any U.S. citizen can buy shares. Today there are shareholders in all 50 states.

There's a lingering misperception that the city of Green Bay owns the team. They aren't owned by any government body, but rather by ordinary citizens.

Did vince lombardi coach for any other team than green bay?

User Avatar

Asked by Wiki User

yes . Lombardi coached the NY giants as offensive coordinator (tom Landry later the Dallas cowboy's coach and great packer rival) was the defensive coordinator of the giants, before Lombardi came to green bay in 1959.

he also coached the Washington redskins for 1 season after he left green bay after winning super bowl II.

Lombardi died shortly afterward of cancer.

he is without doubt the greatest packer coach of all time-sorry curly lambeau- and arguably the greatest coach in nfl history. lombardi was also one of the '7 blocks of granite', a 160 lb offensive guard on the 1940'sish fordham football team.

see his biography for more fascinating details of this great man.
