If you're traveling I-10 to I-75 to get from Pensacola, FL to Bradenton, FL, the halfway point is right about where I-10 meets up with I-75...right around Lake City, FL.

According to Google Maps the distance driven on I40 = 884 miles. So halfway would be 442 miles = New Shady Grove in Arkansas

Using an on line map service, the distance by road from Milwaukee, WI to Los Angeles, CA is 2059 miles. The 'half way' point at 1029.5 miles is between Lochbuie, CO (1020 miles from Milwaukee) and Adam's City, CO (1036.5 miles from Milwaukee. Both points are north east of the center of Denver, CO on I76.

Use mapquest or google. Punch in address's,a map will pop up as well as directions. Click on map...zoom in on it. slowly. U should b able to find halfway mark. I don't know for sure but the scale should help with distance count. Or mapquest may have a way to input info and caculate it for you. I suggest observing the page first and reading most of print. Then choice from there.

I recently came across a website called www.meetways.com that allos yo to enter two addresses and a point of interest (restaurant, theatre, coffee shop, etc) and it gives you the exact midpoint and the type of business you requested. It may help you to find the halfway point. I think it would be somewhere is northern mass depending on where you are goingin Maine.

depends on the route you take. i'd say halfway is going to be maybe andalusia or florala (both in Alabama). shortest route is along some backroads. quickest route when i lived in Pensacola and went to troy...

i-10 east from Pensacola to the crestview exit. go north toward florala, Alabama. somewhere north of florala, i can't remember if it was before a rest area or after passing a rest area, we'd turn onto what was a rarely used back road and not on many maps. i don't think it's tung oil road. i think the road was north of there... and if so, that'd be north of the rest area. but it was a straight shot to kinston, Alabama. the road dead ends and you have to turn left or right. turn left. and head straight to kinston and then head toward elba and on north to troy. that was the shortest and fastest route. you avoided andalusia and opp. we found out about this route from someone going to troy whose folks were from andalusia. you might want to ask around at troy. the main thing with that barely known county road, where you might see only one other vehicle or more likely, a logging truck, between kinston and florala, is that you are in the middle of nowhere. if you break down, hope that your cell phone works. but you make some really good time on that road. just be careful of whatever town you approach. most have speed traps and i recall troopers and/or police used to hang out around florala and crestview and also andalusia, opp, brantley and luverne. there may be a shorter/faster route, but i never found it. if you take hwy. 29 north out of Pensacola to i-65 north to greenville, Alabama, and then east on highway 10, that will put you out on the north side of troy. but that seems to take forever and that highway 10 winds and winds and winds around. a lot of other folks just go whichever way to andalusia and then brantley and luverne and troy. which i hated because it had so much traffic (going to/from the beach).
