In Harry's case, the stone served the purpose of allowing Harry to see and interact with his dead loved ones in order to steel himself into confronting Voldemort.

The parents are not alive again. Harry uses to the resurrection stone to bring back his parents in a ghost-like form. They are separate from him 'by a veil' and cannot live life on earth.

I think you mean who were the three brothers mentioned in the Deathly Hallows story. They were Antioch, Cadmus, and Ignotus Peverell. Antioch had the Elder Wand, Cadmus the Resurrection Stone and Ignotus the Invisibility Cloak. It was Ignotus Peverell who was the distant ancestor to Harry Potter whilst Voldemort's distant ancestor was Cadmus Peverell who also had Salazar Slytherin as a descendant.

There is a chapter entitled Nineteen Years Later. In the chapter it explain that Harry married Ginny and Ron married Hermione. Harry and Ginny had three children, James Sirius, Albus Severus and Lily Luna while Ron and Hermione had two; Rose and Hugo. Neville works at Hogwarts as the Herbology professor.
